Huntingtons Story

  Story 1

Janice Jones (a 53 year old) and Tammy Rye live together in Barstow California, according to California Highway Patrol press. Rye says that while Jones was eating pork chops in the back of their motor home, when it happened. She explains to us that, "when her dog knocked her 9mm handgun off a seat, the weapon discharged when it hit the floor. The bullet went through Jones and pierced her on her right leg around 10 p.m. "It could have been worse", "The bullet hit 2 inches from the gas tank", Rye said.

Jones was raced to the Huntington's Beach Hospital, then was later transported to The Irvine Medical Center, Rye said. Jones' dog, a Pomeranian named Tombo, was placed in the care of the Huntingtons Beach Animal Control.

While examining the dog it seemed to be malnourished, according to Janet Ngo. One of the officers noticed that upon the dogs' forehead there seemed to be a fresh cigarette burn. Ngo say, "It could have done with a little less abuse and a few more of those pork chops".

Ngo addressed in her office seeing to fill in these animal abuse charges towards Jones.

Ngo and her officers were wondering to consider the charge of relation to the gun incident. Rye says, Jones doesn't have a permit for the gun
